CONTACT Senior HUMAN RESOURCES Officer FOR FURTHER DETAILS.

When academic staff are invited to accept membership of Australian or international bodies (other than professional bodies) which will require travel, leave or other costs to QUT, prior approval should be sought from the Vice-Chancellor through the relevant head of school and executive dean of faculty. When seeking approval, staff should indicate total costs involved.

The Vice-Chancellor funds approved travel from University funds. The University does not however reimburse staff members for membership fees relating to these bodies (see section G/5.7 ).
